Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions. You agree to be bound by these Terms whenever you start our online courses.

Free Trial Class

This class is 100% free without any conditions attached. The student may continue or discontinue the service after the trial class according to his view about the class.

Payment Policy

  • Easy & Secure Online Payment Methods via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
  • Once you decide to get registered for Regular classes, you have to pay the monthly fee in advance after trial classes and automatically renewed  after every 4 weeks or after finishing the required hours in case of holidays, pausing or rescheduling 
  • Classes will be suspended after payment delay by three days from due date  until payment is received
  • In case of cancelation, stopping, or changing the plan, we provide you with the option to cancel, pause, or change the plan accordingly with a full money-back guarantee.

Attendance Policy

  • The student should choose his class timings according to his needs
  • If The teacher is late for an emergency, the teacher shall make up for the missed minutes.
  • If The student is late The teacher will not be able to make up the lost minutes
  • If a teacher or a student desires to cancel or change the time of a class, he shall notify the other party at least 2 Hours before the class time to be entitled to a make-up class maximum twice monthly except for an emergency.
  • If a student misses a class without prior notice to the teacher at least 2 Hours before class time, class will be marked as absent and there will be no make-up classes will be rescheduled except for an emergency.
  • If a tutor cancels a class due to an emergency, he shall inform the student; and the class will be rescheduled for another day.
  • If a teacher is absent at any class without prior excuse or an emergency, he shall arrange for a make-up class, and a small amount determined by the management may be deducted from his salary.
  • If a student plans to take a holiday, then shall inform Quran Lights Academy at least 2 Hours before class time .
  • Quran Lights Academy holds the right to cancel the classes if any student remains absent from classes for more than 10 days without any prior notice. Request for refund will also not be entertained in such cases.
  • There is no refund for missed classes, however, the student can take make-up classes for missed classes, if he has sent a prior notice to the teacher.
  • If the student comes 5 minutes late or 10 minutes late or more later then the teacher is not responsible to give you the remaining time of your class time because online classes work clockwise and we can not ask the students who are next to wait for their classes because the previous student was late.

Quality Control

  • Some classes may be attended by members of the quality control department and All classes will be recorded for the purpose of assessing and improving teachers’ performance and quality.
  • The quality of learning is monitored closely through various procedures such as measuring attendance discipline, regular teacher training, student feedback, and regular examinations.

Number of Monthly Classes/Hours

The number of Monthly Classes/Hours will be agreed upon when joining the Academy. If you wish to increase or decrease the number of classes, please inform your teacher, Email:info@quranlightsacademy.com. or text the Live Chat Icon.
* Please note that the teacher will inform you of the cancellation of any extra classes which will be more than the number of agreed required classes.
* Example: If it has been agreed upon 4 classes per month on Saturdays, sometimes it happens to be 5 Saturdays in a month. In that case, the 5th class will be cancelled, as the payment is done according to monthly hours, or rescheduled as make-up classes for any missed classes.

Male/Female Students

  • Male students over 12 years old shall have male teachers
  • female students over 12 years old shall have female teachers.
  • Students under 12 years old may have male or female teachers according to the parents’ request.

Public Holidays

  • According to the Islamic Calendar, Muslims Have two main holidays:-
    1- Eid Al-Fitr (3 Days).
    2- Eid Al-Adha (4 Days).
    No Make-up Classes for Eid Holiday will entitled to.

Progress Report

  • After the trial lesson, students  & parents receive a brief assessment of the student’s level along with a personalized learning plan for the next three months
  • Parents will receive a quarterly report at the end of each 3 months along with a personalized learning plan for the next three months for students less than 16 years. This will allow parents to review the progress of their kids.

Rating and feedback:

  • Our Quality department will email you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, inquiries, or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.

Learning Environment

  • We ensure that our students have a healthy learning environment. Tutors are helpful and available to students for 24 hours a day. Students can enjoy their learning in a cooperative and relaxed environment.

Teachers Punctuality

  • If a teacher is late for the class, the student should email the teacher and inform her/him that they are online. If the student/parent doesn’t get a response, the student/parent should email:info@quranlightsacademy.com. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.
  • If the teacher is often late or misses classes, kindly email: info@quranlightsacademy.com. ASAP.

Studying only with the Academy

  • Not allowed to study with your teacher out of the Academy..(Only in the Academy)
  • Students may take additional courses or make-up classes only with the Academy.

Dress Code

  • Students should ensure that their outfits is modest and suitable for the Holy Quran Classes.

Privacy Policy

  • Quran Lights Academy aims to keep the privacy of teachers and students. All personal information is deemed secret information that no one has the right to know, copy or use under any circumstances.

What kind of personal information do we collect?

The personal information we collect from you varies depending on the context of your contacts with us and the Course you are using. The following information may be included, but is not limited to: –
  • Profile Data, such as courses you have taken, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.
  • Usage data, such as how you use our website.
  • When you make a payment to us, we collect identifiable information such as your name, date of birth, and gender, as well as contact information such as your mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Video & Audio Recording Consent

  • By using Quran Lights Academy Services, including but not limited to attending live classes, tutoring sessions, meetings, workshops, webinars, or any other interactive or instructional sessions conducted through Quran Lights Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    a. Recording of Sessions:

    Quran Lights Academy may audio-record, video-record, photograph, or otherwise capture sessions for quality assurance, teacher training, security, dispute resolution, operational improvement, and educational purposes. These recordings may include your image, voice, written communications, or other identifiable information.

    b. Use of Recordings:
    Recordings may be stored, reviewed, and used internally by Quran Lights Academy and its authorized personnel. Recordings may also be used for training, safety, compliance, customer support, and internal business operations. Unless we receive your explicit written permission, Quran Lights Academy will not publicly publish or distribute recordings containing your or your child’s identifiable information.(Without requiring approval from the student or their parents if the student is under 18 years old.)

    c. Ownership:
    All recordings are the sole and exclusive property of Quran Lights Academy. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the recordings and that you will not receive compensation for the use of such recordings.

    d. Protection of Students’ Privacy:
    Quran Lights Academy takes student privacy seriously. Any internal use of recordings is subject to Quran Lights Academy  privacy and data protection policies. Recordings are not shared with unauthorized third parties except as required by law.

    e. Right to Decline Participation in Recorded Sessions:
    If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be recorded, it is your responsibility to notify Quran Lights Academy in writing prior to participating in any session. In such cases, we may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion, including participation with camera off or in a non-recorded group.

    f. Consent to Recording:
    By continuing to use Quran Lights Academy Services, you provide informed consent to all recording practices described above. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of Quran Lights Academy Services.

Leaving our institute:

  • If the student decides to leave our institute for any reason, we kindly request that they email:info@quranlightsacademy.com or text the Live Chat icon. Two days earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.
  • Quran Lights Academy may revise its Terms of Services & Conditions from time to time to ensure the best education and services to our students and their parents.
